Elna is an associate in the Financial and Banking Law and Capital Markets practice at the Santiago de Chile office.

Her practice focuses on banking and finance, capital markets law, and financial regulation. She has advised creditors and debtors, both domestic and international, on energy and infrastructure projects, as well as on corporate and acquisition financing. Additionally, she has experience providing legal counsel for local and international bond issuances, as well as regulatory advice related to financial technology markets.

She holds a law degree from the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile (2022), where she also served as a teaching assistant in Administrative Law.
