Elena Berroa Fdez. de Casadevante is a senior associate in the Litigation and Arbitration department.

 

She has extensive expertise in full assistance in judicial and arbitration proceedings: termination of contracts, damages, civil liability, claim amount, insolvency law (acquiring assets from insolvent companies, insolvency incidents, credit notifications within the insolvency proceedings), directors liability, challenging and appealing corporate agreements, judicial dissolution of companies, legal call for General Shareholders Meetings, unfair competition and trademarks, labour accidents, judicial enforcement and public auction, foreclosure, sports rights.

 

She also provides recurring advice on all kinds of corporate and civil issues, and on bidding, awarding and execution of public sector contracts (interpretation of specifications, analysis of critical points and conflict resolution), and participates in the negotiation and drafting of contracts with companies established in Guipúzcoa in a variety of sectors (such as industrial, financial, supply, nutrition, transportation, construction and real estate development), as well as associations, foundations and public entities.
