Eduard J. Butterfield is a senior associate in Garrigues' Barcelona office.

He is a member of the tax litigation team, advising individuals and legal entities in the context of verification and investigation proceedings carried out by the state, regional and local administrations, in tax appeals and economic-administrative claims against the administrative acts arising from such proceedings and in appeals for judicial review before judges and courts, as well as in amicable proceedings with other tax authorities.

In addition, he provides recurring advice on direct and indirect taxation matters on all those issues that arise in the day-to-day work of his clients.
