Edgar Fernández is a Senior Associate of the Tax Department of Garrigues, where he has pursued his professional career since 2019.
Edgar provides ongoing tax advice to national clients, primarily tax consolidation groups, across a range of sectors, including pharmaceutical, food and real estate.
He also regularly advises individuals and family-owned groups/companies on personal and family wealth taxation, particularly in relation to Personal Income Tax, Wealth Tax, Corporate Income Tax, and Inheritance and Gift Tax.
In addition, he advises both companies and individuals on compensation and benefits matters, with extensive experience in the design and implementation of remuneration systems for executives and employees.

Edgar Fernández is a Senior Associate in the Tax Law Department at Garrigues, which he joined in 2019.
Since joining the firm, he has provided ongoing tax advice to corporate groups and private clients in matters relating to direct and indirect taxation.
He also has extensive experience in the design and implementation of compensation systems and remuneration structures for executives and employees, including equity-based incentives, long-term incentive plans, and social welfare schemes, as well as in the international management of expatriate employees.
