She has worked with clients across a range of industries, such as infrastructure, energy, O&G, education and consumer goods.
Prior to joining Sánchez Devanny , she worked in an international consulting firm and in the tax department of a multinational group in the beverage industry. Her main responsibilities consisted of tax audit procedures and federal tax refund requests before the tax authorities, obtaining favorable results in most cases.
In addition, Denisse participated in filing legal defense actions before the Mexican Tax Advocate (PRODECON) in order to prove and settle the alleged failure to pay taxes determined by the tax authorities.
