David Vich Comas is partner in the Litigation and Arbitration department.
He has extensive expertise in advising on pre-litigation and litigation-related matters before an array of courts nationwide, as well as both domestic and international courts of arbitration. His areas of expertise include civil and commercial/corporate contracts, as well as tourism in general and the hotel industry in particular, advising numerous Spanish and international companies from the sector. In addition, in 2017 he was one of the recipients of the “40 under Forty” Award (Iberian Lawyer). Iberian Lawyer’s 40 under Forty Awards honor the leading 40 lawyers across Spain and Portugal under the age of 40.
He was associate lecturer in the Private Law department of Universitat de les Illes Balears (2007-2008 and 2008-2009). He speaks at numerous specialist seminars and is currently a member of the teaching staff of Foro Aranzadi Concursal Illes Balears.
