Cristòbal Sarralde is a counsel in the Litigation and Arbitration team.in Garrigues Chile, where he represents both foreign and domestic clients in highly complex litigation and arbitration proceedings, related to a number of diverse industries.

Cristóbal Sarralde is a counsel in the Litigation and Arbitration team.
He has an extensive expertise and experience in highly complex litigation and arbitration (both domestic and international) in civil and commercial issues, including construction, energy, insurance, real estate, mining, antitrust and constitutional matters, representing domestic and foreign clients. He is used to join legal teams from different nationalities and backgrounds. In addition, he has advised clients and participated in negotiation and mediation processes.
Previously he worked as an associate in the litigation and arbitration teams of Cariola Díez Pérez Cotápos and Guerrero Olivos and he has been included in Chambers and Partners Global and Latin America and The Legal 500.
Cristóbal Sarralde is member at the Chilean Bar Association A.G., the International Association of Boalt Alumni (University of Berkeley), the Chilean Committee of ICC and Ambassador at the International Academy for Arbitration Law.
