Clara joined the firm in September 2017 and is currently a senior associate in the Real Estate Law department, providing legal and real estate advisory services to both national and international clients in the most prominent real estate transactions within the Spanish market. Her expertise encompasses a broad spectrum of legal matters, particularly in the following areas:

Conducting and following-up of due diligence processes (both in the context of sales/acquisitions of assets and financing processes), identifying contingencies, and proposing alternatives to resolve or mitigate identified risks.

Sale ad purchase of real estate assests of all kind (plots, logistics warehouses, office buildings, real estate complexes, shopping malls, residential buildings, service stations, etc.), with a focus on turnkey acquisitions and sales of assets (build to rent and build to sell).

Sale and purchase of real estate companies.

Leasing of all types of assets (existing and turnkey leases), surface rights, real estate advisory in administrative concessions, etc.

Sale & leaseback transactions.

Delegated development and construction of real estate assets, assisting in drafting and negotiating delegated development contracts, construction contracts, technical services contracts, and providing ongoing advice during the development of projects until their full completion.

Commercialization mandates and property management agreements.
