Catalina Vial is a lawyer in the Labor and Employment area of Garrigues’ Santiago de Chile office. Her practice focuses on providing general corporate advice, supporting domestic and multinational clients in the management of labor relations, hiring processes and labor documentation. In addition, she participates in the preparation and review of companies’ internal regulations, policies and protocols. She also has extensive experience in highly complex labor litigation and designing litigation strategies.

She participates in labor litigation of varying complexity, particularly in relation to dismissals, the protection of fundamental rights and the design of litigation strategies.
Before joining Garrigues, Catalina was a lawyer at Barros Silva Varela & Vigil (2025–2026). She previously worked as a paralegal at AGR Empresa in the labor area (September 2022 – March 2023) and as an examiner at Lamas y Riveros for preparation of the final law degree examination. She was also a trainee at the Defense Council and at Dreyse Abogados (2023).
She is fluent in Spanish and English.
