Carlos Déniz is a principal associate in the Garrigues Labor Department, where he practices his professional activity in the area of labor law. It deals both with the direction of litigation, as well as recurring advice on legal-labour matters, remuneration and compensation systems, business restructuring, collective bargaining and interventions before the Labor Inspectorate. He also has experience advising companies on equality matters.

Carlos Déniz Caballero is a principal associate of the Labor and Employment Law practice at the Las Palmas de Gran Canaria office.
He joined Garrigues in 2009 and currently provides advice on labor law and HR matters to Spanish and multinational companies, particularly in the areas of employment contracts, remuneration systems, disciplinary procedures, social security, business restructuring, labor inspections and proceedings at different instances in the labor jurisdiction. He has also led the strategic actions of the HR departments of several companies, particularly in the textile industry.
He has been a speaker at various courses and seminars organized by the Las Palmas de Gran Canaria Chamber of Commerce.
Carlos is a member of the Las Palmas de Gran Canaria Bar Association.

- Law degree, Universidad de Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, with one year at Universidad de Salamanca (2004-2009).
- Executive Master’s Degree in Business Law, Centro de Estudios Garrigues in collaboration with Harvard University (2009-2011).
- Expert in Human Resource Management, Centro de Estudios Financieros (2014).

- He has participated as a speaker on the subject "Human Resources Management" in the Business Administration and Management Degree at the University of Las Palmas de Gran Canari
