Carla Cerdeira is a Senior Associate in Garrigues’ Tax Department, having pursued her professional career at the firm since joining it in November 2020. She specializes in general taxation, providing advice on an ongoing basis to a portfolio of national and international clients, which are principally consolidated groups in a variety of sectors (energy, finance, industrial, etc.). She also advises foreign investors and Spanish business groups on international taxation matters and participates in corporate restructuring operations (M&A) and due diligence processes.

She has a degree in Law and Business Administration from Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona and has successfully completed a Postgraduate degree in International Taxation at ESADE and a Master of Laws (LLM) in Taxation at University of San Francisco.
