Caridad Ponce Cadena is a principal associate in the Tax practice area of Garrigues’ Sevilla office.

She has been with the Firm since 2006, when she joined the Madrid office. She transferred to the Sevilla office in 2008.

She has extensive experience in the provision of general tax advisory services to businesses and in wealth taxation planning.

She also regularly advises on processes for the restructuring of family businesses in Andalucía and on the international expansion of some of these businesses. She has experience in merger and acquisition transactions.

She is also a lecturer on the Master’s Degree in Law course at Universidad Pablo de Olavide, and a regular speaker at seminars and conferences held by the Firm.

Caridad Ponce Cadena is a member of the Madrid Bar Association.
