He has a Master's Degree in Construction Law from the University of Melbourne, Australia, where he obtained the Melbourne Graduate Scholarship, and has been professor of the Construction Law Diploma at Pontifical Catholic University of Chile.
Camilo Silva Correa is also a member of the Chilean Society of Construction Law, the Australian Society of Construction Law, and the Spanish and Ibero-American Arbitration Club.

Experience
Camilo Silva has extensive experience advising national and international companies on contractual risk management and project execution.
He has also worked in the resolution of highly complex disputes, representing clients in strategic disputes within the infrastructure, concessions, and construction sectors. In particular, he has extensive experience in arbitrations related to concessions, construction, and infrastructure, participating in proceedings before the Santiago Chamber of Commerce (CAM Santiago), the ICC (International Chamber of Commerce), as well as in special bodies such as the Technical Panel on Concessions, the Constitutional Court, and the Arbitration Commissions of the Public Works Concessions Law, among others.
Before joining Garrigues, he was a founding partner of Riquelme & Silva Abogados and was chief lawyer in the Construction Vice-Presidency of Salfacorp.
