He has extensive experience in judicial and nonjudicial proceedings throughout Spain, in the areas of labor law, social security and occupational risk prevention. In particular, Benigno Maújo has been involved in numerous administrative and court proceedings relating to occupational accidents, and has spoken at seminars in Asturias and Castilla y León on employer liability in occupational risk prevention.
In the field of labor relations, he provides recurring advice on all kinds of collective proceedings, such as material modifications to working conditions, layoffs or termination of individual labor relationships, and also on the negotiation of collective labor agreements and company agreements.
He is fluent in Spanish and English.
