Beltrán Sánchez Sebastián is a principal associate of the Tax Law department of Garrigues, which he joined in 2013.

Experience
Beltrán Sánchez Sebastián is a principal associate ofthe Tax Law department of Garrigues, which he joined in 2013. During his professional career he has advised on a wide range of projects and types of matters, including:
- Ongoing advice to Spanish and foreign multinational companies and groups from different sectors in relation to tax matters arising from their ordinary activities; mainly in relation to Corporate Income Tax, Personal Income Tax and Non-Resident Income Tax, as well as in relation to local taxation.
- Advising private equity funds on their investment and divestment projects in Spain in companies and groups from different sectors, in their different phases: due diligence, analysis of alternatives and tax implications, implementation, review of corporate documentation and closing.
- Advicing on co-investment projects, as well as projects involving the participation of the management team.
- Advising on national and international M&A transactions.
- Advising on restructuring transactions.
- Advicing on international taxation matters.
- Advising on personal taxation and family wealth restructuring transactions.
He also provides advice on tax procedures and, in particular, on assisting during the tax inspection procedures, as well as in relation to subsequent economic-administrative and contentious-administrative procedures.
Beltrán also provides general tax advice to sports entities, as well as in relation to certain Sports Law issues.
