Antonio Gallo Palenzuela joined Garrigues in 2012 and is currently a partner in the Labor and Employment practice. His professional activity centers on the following areas:

• He has extensive experience in collective bargaining, advising on and assisting in the design and negotiation of company collective labor agreements and collective agreements, as well as equality plans.
• He participates in the design, negotiation and implementation of highly complex workforce restructuring processes involving multinational elements.
• In the litigation field, he has broad experience representing companies before the National Appellate Court and before the labor courts, as well as before the Supreme Court.
• He provides labor law advice on domestic and international corporate transactions (mergers, acquisitions, outsourcing, etc.) and on all processes deriving from same.
• He assists with the design and implementation of human resources policies, internal whistleblowing channels and compensation plans.
• He advises and defends Spanish and international companies in proceedings before the labor and social security authorities.

Lastly, he has extensive experience in providing strategic and ongoing advice to multinational companies.

• Master of Laws (LL.M.) in International Transactions, Centro de Estudios Garrigues y Universidad Pablo de Nebrija.
• Master’s Degree in Occupational Risk Prevention, Universidad San Pablo CEU.
• Auditor of Occupational Risk Prevention Systems (including audit under the OHSAS 18001 standard), IMF Business School.
• Law Degree, Universidad de Granada.
