She has extensive experience in tax advisory services to family businesses and their shareholders and has participated in numerous corporate reorganization transactions. Among other projects, her involvement in the following advisory work is noteworthy:

Analysis of corporate and ownership structures, identifying existing inefficiencies and determining the optimal structure from a tax and wealth planning perspective (both from the shareholders' perspective and that of the group of companies itself).

Design and implementation of planning strategies enabling an efficient transfer of ownership from a succession standpoint.

Optimisation of the taxation of shareholders and companies with family-held share capital.

She also regularly participates in domestic and international client transactions involving the acquisition and disposal of real estate assets and provides recurring tax advice to multinational groups with a presence in Spain and domestic groups in the context of their business activities.
