Andrea Ruizdelgado is a principal associate in the Real Estate practice area.

 

She specializes in investment in real estate assets, real estate financing and all aspects relating to the activities of investment funds in the sector.

 

Her experience includes advising on all types of real estate transactions (sale and purchase, sale and leaseback, lease, construction and development) and assisting in the implementation of financial transactions with underlying real estate assets (financing or refinancing of real estate projects, transfer of loan portfolios, NPLs).

 

She provides ongoing advice to domestic and international clients, both on the acquisition and disposal of portfolios containing a diverse range of real estate assets (office buildings, industrial and logistical warehouses, residential developments, land, etc.) and on restructuring and financing processes, and advises international investors on the acquisition of positions in relation to bilateral and syndicated debt.

 

Andrea is a member of the Barcelona Bar Association and of the ESADE Alumni Association.
