Advice on both administrative and contentious-administrative procedures related to Urban Planning and Territorial Planning Law. Legal advice on proceedings for the restoration of the altered legal order and disciplinary proceedings.

Advice on the processing and obtaining of all types of administrative and urban planning authorisations, permits and licences for the execution of projects.

Advice on due diligences for the acquisition of real estate (land, works in progress, finished product) for the future implementation of real estate projects.

Preparation and analysis of real estate reports and contracts (NDAs, purchase and sale, lease, purchase options, etc. of real estate and land).

Degree in Law from the University of Zaragoza.
