Ana López is a principal associate in the Litigation and Arbitration practice, where she has developed her professional career since joining the firm in 2009.

She has extensive experience in civil and commercial litigation, both pre-litigation and litigation, in matters of all sorts, including obligations and contracts, non-contractual liability, corporate matters, real estate and unfair competition, among others.

She regularly intervenes before jurisdictional and arbitration bodies, assuming the defence and legal direction of our clients.

In addition, she provides ongoing advice to the leading national and international companies in the distribution and asset management sectors.

Before joining the firm, she worked at the headquarters of Banco Santander in New York, where she was part of the group's Corporate Development department.

Ana López is a member of the Madrid Bar Association.
