Her practice has focused on advising domestic and international companies across a range of industries, including automotive, retail, technology, commerce, and construction, among others.

Her experience has centered on the provision of labor law advice and the handling of litigation before Conciliation and Arbitration Boards, Labor Courts, and Labor Conciliation Centers. In addition, she advises companies on inspections conducted by the Ministry of Labor and Social Welfare, handles administrative procedures with the Mexican Social Security Institute, and manages employment terminations.

She is fluent in Spanish and English.
