Ana Ellauri Sánchez is a principal associate in the Tax practice, and focuses mainly on the area of family business. 

He has considerable experience in relation to successions of family businesses, corporate restructuring operations, and in the reorganization of personal and family estates. 

On the other hand, he provides tax advice on an ongoing basis to groups in the food and agriculture sector, real estate sector, health sector and to industrial companies. 

He is a regular speaker in seminars and conferences organized by the Firm as well as by business associations and financial institutions.
