Ana Bravo de Laguna y Ojeda is a senior associate in the Litigation and Arbitration practice.

She specializes in case management of all kinds of civil and commercial litigation proceedings and in the right to honor, privacy and personal portrayal.

In particular, she has acquired a wealth of expertise in recent years in insolvency proceedings, advising both creditors and debtors, and in the section of the proceeding assessing directors’ liability.
