Alexandra Palmieri Di Iuro joined the firm in 2015 and has been a senior associate in Garrigues' Administrative Law Department since 2022. In her professional activity, she has participated in highly complex administrative procedures, administrative appeals and contentious-administrative procedings, mainly in connection with the following:
- Urban planning instruments, urban management instruments and licences.
- Expropriation procedures.
- Liability of the Public Administration (and of its personnel).
- Administrative intervention in environmental matters and renewable energy projects.
- Public aids (subsidies and loans).
- Sanctioning proceedings and protection of urban planning legality proceedings.
- Agreements with the Public Administration (e.g., urban planning agreements).
Alexandra also provides ongoing advice on these matters, according to the needs of each client. Likewise, she participates and supports the Secretary of collaborating urban planning entities while also providing legal advice to them. She also contributes also in due diligence processes in M&A and Assets transactions with an Administrative Law component, and provides advice on the regularization of contingencies and private contracts.
