Alejandra has broad experience in the diagnosis, analysis, implementation and documentation of transfer pricing policies, the provision of assistance to multinational groups in tax proceedings regarding related-party transactions and restructuring processes, and in the preparation of claims and appeals before administrative bodies and courts.

She also provides assistance in mutual agreement procedures for the elimination of double taxation derived from transfer pricing adjustments, and in the negotiation of advance pricing arrangements with the tax authorities.

Moreover, Alejandra has experience in performing valuations for tax purposes of companies, intangible assets and financial instruments.

Degree in Law and in Business Administration, Universidad Pontificia de Comillas (ICADE E-3).

Alejandra participates as speaker at postgraduate programs at Centro de Estudios Garrigues.

Member of the Madrid Bar Association.

Coauthor of different articles and publications, including most notably the articles published in specialized journals such as International Tax Review.
