Aleix Cruanyes joined Garrigues in 2018 and is currently a Senior Associate in the Corporate Department.

He has a solid track record advising domestic and international clients on complex corporate transactions, including stock and asset acquisitions, equity investments, buy-side and sell-side transactions, corporate restructurings, and the structuring and implementation of joint ventures. He advises clients throughout all stages of the transaction lifecycle.

In the real estate sector, his experience primarily involves M&A transactions relating to real estate assets, with a particular focus on the hotel industry.

He also provides ongoing advice on corporate and commercial matters, including board secretarial services and support to management and governing bodies across a wide range of industries.

Between 2023 and 2024, he was a foreign associate (secondee) at the Swedish law firm Vinge in its Stockholm office, where he was part of the Private M&A practice.

He is a member of the Barcelona Bar Association.
