Having joined the firm in September 2008, Alberto Rodríguez currently forms part of the Transfer Pricing Group in the Andalucía, Extremadura and Canary Islands Area, in addition to being a member of Garrigues’ International Desk.
He specializes in tax law and has a wealth of experience advising multinational companies and foreign investors with interests in Spain.
In the transfer pricing area, he has assisted clients with the design and implementation of transfer pricing policies, as well as with tax inspections and business reorganizations.
He has actively participated in the restructuring process that has taken place in the Spanish financial sector, having assisted several institutions with their conversions into banks and reorganization processes.
In recent years he has assisted leading insurance companies with the introduction of savings and insurance products in the Spanish market.
Alberto Rodríguez is a lecturer at the ESESA Business School, as well as a regular speaker at seminars and conferences organized by both the Firm and myriad other institutions.
