Agustín Manuel Muñoz Carmona is a Senior Associate of the Public Law Departament of Garrigues.

He has extensive experience in the processing of administrative procedures and the formulation of administrative appeals of all kinds, as well as in legal assistance before the contentious-administrative jurisdiction at all levels (Courts, High Courts of Justice, National High Court and Supreme Court), with particular emphasis on his experience in compulsory expropriation proceedings, in urban planning in the three areas of activity (planning, management and urban discipline), in public procurement (advising in tendering procedures and before the administrative courts on contractual appeals), in subsidies and in the area of special properties (for example, he advises multiple clients on water matters -processing and obtaining concessions; sanctioning procedures). In the area of subsidies, Agustín Manuel has been involved in administrative and contentious-administrative proceedings related to the legal regime of fruit and vegetable producer organisations, having assisted these entities in matters such as applications for financial aid or loss of recognition.
