The Restructuring and Insolvencies Department coauthors The 2014 Restructuring Review
The prestigious UK publishing house Law Business Research has once again turned to the experts from Garrigues’ Department for the publication of the seventh edition of The Restructuring Review, following the success garnered in recent years. The guide takes stock of events over the last twelve years on the legal corporate restructuring and insolvency market.
Antonio Fernández headed a team made up of Borja García-Alamán, Adrián Thery and Juan Verdugo, offering, in the chapter on Spain, an overview of the top cases over the last year in their areas of expertise, paying particular attention to the legislative changes ushered in during 2013 and 2014.
The book’s editor, Christopher Mallon, partner at the US firm Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom, a global powerhouse in this field, invited the team at Garrigues to participate again thanks to their international prestige in the area of restructuring and insolvencies.
The book casts a look back over the key business events of the past year in 30 jurisdictions and is aimed at a specialist target audience, comprising in-house lawyers at major companies and practitioners from the top law firms. Content can be accessed via the following link:
