ILO Convention concerning Health and Safety at Work
Portugal -
It was published today in the Official Gazette the Notice no. 8/2018, of January 17, making public that Portugal has registered the ratification of the Convention no. 187 of the International Labor Organization (ILO), concerning the Promotional Legal Framework for Safety and Health at Work, adopted by the General Conference of the ILO on June 15, 2006.
Said Convention will enter into force in Portugal on September 26, 2018.
