Owned by the real estate group GMP, the campus is located in a prime area of Madrid
Garrigues’s corporate headquarters and Madrid office moved into a campus of renovated office buildings at calle Hermosilla 3 in Madrid. Owned by the real estate group GMP Sociedad de Inversores Inmobiliarias S.A., the complex boasts three blocks of offices located on calle Hermosilla and calle Ayala, next to Plaza de Colon. This is the only campus of offices located on what the real estate industry considers prime real estate. It consists of the stretch of land bounded by Plaza de Cibeles and Plaza Emilio Castelar.
Formerly the headquarters of Iberdrola, this office complex has been completely renovated by the architect Rafael de la Hoz, tailoring it to Garrigues’s needs for space and functionality, and providing it with room for growth. There are approximately 700 employees who work at the Madrid office.
For the time being, the tax and knowledge management departments will remain at their current location at José Abascal 41. They will make their home in a third building, the entrance to which is on calle Ayala. The building is to be completed in the coming months.
Garrigues’s telephone and fax numbers remain unchanged:
