    Location: The project is located in the Peruvian coast, in the province of Cañete, department of Lima.

    Object: Design and construction of sanitary infrastructure (sewerage collection networks, drainage pumping stations, drive line, wastewater treatment plant and emitter) and the operation and maintenance of a wastewater treatment plant for the districts of Cerro Azul, Asia, Quilmana, San Antonio, Mala, San Luis, Santa Cruz, Lunahuana, San Vicente-El Imperial in the province of Cañete, Lima region.

    Financial structure: Co-financed project.

    Value of the investment: Approximately US$ 35 million (without VAT).

    Term: Twenty-three (23) years.

    Title-holder of the concessioned activity: Ministry of Housing, Construction and Sanitation (MVCS).

    Status of process: The project is currently under formulation. According to the Strategic Plan and Portfolio 2020-2021, the declaration of interest and award are expected in the first half of 2021 onwards. The project's summary sheet is online and can be found on Proinversión's website.
