Purpose: Financing, elaboration of studies and final designs, environmental management, property management, social management, construction, rehabilitation, operation and maintenance of the Troncal del Magdalena project route between the municipalities of Barrancabermeja and San Jorge.

Investment value: USD 800 million approximately.

Term: 25 years.

Status: Pending approval by the Ministry of Finance and Public Credit and the National Planning Department.
