    Location: The project is located in the department of Piura.

    Object: Concession for exploration, exploitation through an underground mine and the benefit of a mineralized deposit located in the mining concessions Tambo Grande No. 4, Tambo Grande No. 5, Tambo Grande No. 9 and Tambo Grande No. 10, which make up the project El Algarrobo. It will also include the design and execution of hydraulic infrastructure projects, applying a management model focused on the integral and sustainable development of mining activities, contributing to the water supply of the populations.

    Financial structure: Private initiative of projects in assets.

    Value of the investment: According to the Projects Portfolio 2019-2022, US$ 350 million (without VAT).

    Term: Five (5) years (option period).

    Title-holder of the concessioned activity: Ministry of Energy and Mining (MINEM).
