    Purpose: To select the investor that will undertake the design, construction, operation and maintenance of the Pacific Regasification Plant and the Buenaventura - Yumbo Gas Pipeline.

    Contracting Procedure: Public bidding.

    Investment value: USD 700 million approximately.

    Organization: Mining and Energy Planning Unit –UPME–.

    Status: The draft documents of the bidding were published by the UPME on June 30, 2020. The project is expected to be awarded in the first quarter of 2021.
