    Location: The project is located in the departments of Tumbes and Piura

    Object: Transfer of the right of preferential subscription of FONAFE for the capital increase of 217’972,175 new shares, which represent fifty-one percent (51%) of the share capital of ENOSA, with the commitment to make an investment of S/ 335 million in favor of ENOSA, according to a modernization plan for the company, which would include the execution of projects approved by the Modernization Committee, which is partly made up of FONAFE.

    Financial structure: Private initiative – project in assets and/or under the framework of D. Leg. 674.

    Value of the investment: Approximately US$ 105 million (without VAT).

    Term: To be determined.

    Title-holder of the concessioned activity: Ministry of Energy and Mining (MINEM).
