    Purpose: The project consists of the construction, operation, maintenance and conservation of an integral and special management center for solid urban waste for the metropolitan area of ​​Monterrey, Nuevo León, which seeks to increase 30 years the useful life of the current landfill, in addition to taking advantage of the value of the waste, to avoid as far as possible its final disposal in sanitary landfill. It will be integrated by five complementary processing centers.

    Type of grant: Public-private partnership.

    Investment value: MXN $ 9,852,000,000 approximately USD $ 492,600,000.

    Term: 30 years.

    Organization: Government of the State of Nuevo León.
