La Asociación Balear de Directivos y Garrigues, con la colaboración de Fundación La Caixa, organizan conjuntamente la jornada del Foro Garrigues de Actualización Fiscal y Legal, dirigida a empresarios y directivos. Las ponencias se realizarán por socios y asociados de Garrigues, siendo el objetivo de la jornada repasar, con un enfoque práctico, las principales novedades legislativas, jurisprudenciales y doctrinales recientes en el ámbito tributario, con especial atención a las que afecten a la empresa familiar balear. También se expondrá el impacto que la Ley Orgánica 1/2025, de medidas en materia de eficiencia del Servicio Público de Justicia, tiene en lo relativo a la obligatoriedad de acudir a los denominados Medios Adecuados de Solución de Controversias (MASC).
