La 28ª Conferencia para el Cambio Climático de la ONU (COP28), que empieza hoy en Dubai, será crucial para acelerar la transición energética y reducir las emisiones. Entre otras cosas, el propósito es triplicar la capacidad de energías renovables para 2030, un objetivo en el que la Unión Europea tendrá mucho que decir. Además, la COP28 se centrará en la financiación multilateral de la acción climática, en situar en el centro de esta la naturaleza y las personas, y en lograr que la propia COP sea más inclusiva.
