Raquel Carrillo Rodriguez is a senior associate in the tax department at the Valladolid office, where she has pursued her entire professional career. She currently forms part of the tax procedure group at that office.
She has extensive experience providing recurring tax advice to public and private companies as well as to foundations. Her area of expertise includes the design and implementation of corporate restructurings (mergers, demergers, etc.) as well as the treatment of all kinds of issues facing "family businesses", especially in the area of estate planning.
She regularly represents taxpayers in inspection proceedings which has enabled her to gain an in-depth knowledge of tax procedures.
She is a regular speaker at different seminars and conferences organized by the Firm jointly with various regional institutions. She has taught the subjects of corporate income tax and value added tax in the Master’s in Business Law of the Law Faculty of the University of Valladolid and the Chamber of Commerce of Valladolid, as well as the School of Legal Practice of the University of Valladolid.
