César Herreras Hernández

Senior associate

César Herreras Hernández is a senior associate in the Tax practice.

He has broad experience in providing a range of advice to both local clients and foreign companies in Spain, particularly with respect to family businesses and the problems deriving from the combination of business and family assets. He assists clients in finding optimal solutions to both aspects, focusing on restructuring transactions and medium- and long-term strategies. His dual qualification in both law and business administration allows him to offer an overall perspective that complements and facilitates the provision of comprehensive advice that is not limited to a single industry or area of activity.

Through the provision of ongoing advice, he is able to get to know his clients better, enabling him to offer solutions and alternatives to day-to-day problems. He also provides recurring advice in more specialist areas, such as the agricultural and livestock sector and cooperatives, the hotel industry or local taxation.

He lectures on the Master’s Degree in Legal and Tax Counseling at the Valladolid Chamber of Commerce, and also collaborates on research tasks with the Department of Financial Economics and Accounting of Universidad de Valladolid.

César Herreras Hernández is a member of the Madrid Bar Association and of the Valladolid Economists’ Association. He took part in the grant program of the Spanish Accounting and Business Administration Association (AECA), receiving the award for the best group academic record.
