Arnau Tapias is a partner in the corporate governance and corporate responsibility, corporate law, commercial contracts, mergers and acquisitions and private equity practices.
He has extensive experience in advising listed companies on corporate law and contractual matters, as well as in all kinds of corporate reorganizations and in the sale and purchase of companies, both in private equity deals and in the industrial sector.
In addition, he provides recurring corporate law advice in the main M&A deals and corporate restructurings carried out by listed companies, as well as by private equity and industrial firms.
He is a member of the Madrid Bar Association.

Among other publications, he is the coauthor of the articles “The Structural Modifications Law – a Technically Failed Law”, published at Indret, and “Fund-Raising.
