Garrigues releases its fifth annual report
Garrigues has published its fifth annual Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Report for the 2010 fiscal year. In addition to detailing the Firm’s economic, social and environmental reality, this year the Report includes a new section taking stock of the past five years, a period in which revenue from professional services has registered an increase of 67.3 percent.
“2011 is going to be a hard year in Spain and Portugal, as well as in many of the countries in which we operate”, state the Firm’s chairman, Antonio Garrigues, and its co-managing partners, Fernando Vives and Ricardo Gómez, in the Report’s introductory letter. “But the international situation is undoubtedly improving, and this progress will positively affect our country. We believe that Spain and Portugal will continue to play a main role in the future, beyond the current situation we live in now”. The report is available in Spanish and English, and will shortly be released in Portuguese. has been drawn up to the most exacting of all application levels in line with the GRI (Global Reporting Initiative) guidelines and has been awarded an A+ in the external assurance carried out by AENOR.
