Garrigues' Restructuring and Insolvency Department was "Highly Commended" and "Commended" for the use of innovative legal tools to rescue distressed businesses (in the " Financial Crisis and the downturn 2009 " ranking), and for sharing its insolvency know-how and experience with a broad audience through the use of exclusive IT tools.
