**A Garrigues acaba de ser distinguida como *Trademark Contentious Firm of the Year* em Portugal, na décima quinta edição dos *Annual IP Awards*, concedidos pela [*Managing Intellectual Property* ](https://www.managingip.com/default.aspx)(*MIP*). A Garrigues recebeu este prémio ontem à noite em Londres, numa cerimónia que reuniu as principais firmas europeias.**





Os *Annual IP Awards* reconhecem as firmas e advogados do mercado internacional que se destacaram com o seu trabalho “inovador e desafiante”, na área da **propriedade intelectual**.

“Este é um grande reconhecimento do trabalho da equipa de Propriedade Intelectual e do seu esforço por oferecer ao cliente o melhor serviço possível”, explica **João Miranda de Sousa**, sócio responsável pela Garrigues em Portugal.

Este prémio junta-se ao conquistado no mês passado, quando a **Garrigues Portugal** também foi distinguida como a melhor sociedade na área de propriedade intelectual, nos *Global IP Awards*, concedidos pelas publicações internacionais *World Trademark Review* (WTR) e *Intellectual Asset Management* (IAM).
