Sergio Santana is a partner in the labor and employment law practice, where he has pursued his professional career since 2010.

He provides recurring advice to companies in different sectors of all areas of labor and employment law and social security, also representing them in labor disputes both in court and collective negotiation.

He holds a Law Degree from the Universidad de Alicante, an Executive Master’s Degree in Business Law from Centro de Estudios Garrigues, in collaboration with the Harvard Law School and a Master’s Degree in Legal-labor Advice from the Universidad Rey Juan Carlos de Madrid.

He is also a regular speaker at forums and legal seminars on labor and employment law and professor of several master’s and post-graduate degrees. Sergio is the author of different publications on legal-labor matters.

Finalist for the “Young Labor Lawyers” award from FORELAB (Spanish Labor Lawyer Forum).

He speaks Spanish, English and French.

Sergio Santana is a partner in the labor and employment law practice, where he has pursued his professional career since 2010.

He has extensive experience advising companies from a wide range of sectors in all areas of labor and social security law and, more specifically, in areas such as individual and collective dismissals, material modifications of working conditions, international assignments of workers, senior management, collective bargaining, labor law aspects of corporate mergers and acquisitions, business restructuring, occupational risk prevention, social security, human resources policies, sport and community labor law etc.; acting as legal counsel in proceedings in the labor and judicial review jurisdictions.

He speaks Spanish, English and French.
