He has practiced as a lawyer since 2003 (member of the Alicante Bar Association), when he joined the Administrative Law and Zoning and Planning practices of Garrigues. He has been the associate in charge of the Administrative Law and Zoning and Planning practices of the Alicante office since September 2008. He has expertise in planning matters, zoning management and enforcement, particularly in acting as legal counsel in integrated action programs (IAP) and reparceling projects. He also has broad experience in advising and acting as legal counsel to the public sector, specifically to provincial government authorities, local government corporations and public law entities. He offers recurring advice on administrative contracts (such as financial readjustments, price reviews, unilateral terminations, etc.), the management of public services and on infrastructure (ports and airports). His teaching activities include: - Lecturer, “Law and New Technologies” seminars.
