Ramón Trénor is the managing partner of Garrigues' NY office.
Previosly he was coordinating partner of the Corporate/Commercial Law Department at Garrigues’ Levante area, firm where he has pursued his professional career following a stint at Arthur Andersen. He specializes in corporate/commercial and civil law, above all in business and contract-related matters. Moreover, he has taken part in numerous M&A transactions and is a renowned expert in company law and commercial contracts.
Among other areas, he is also an expert in financial restructuring.
Elsewhere, he regularly provides corporate/commercial advice on M&A deals and in-house restructuring processes carried out in the Autonomous Community of Valencia, as well as by private equity companies and in industrial sectors.
He has been a lecturer at Universidad Católica de Valencia since 2010, teaching classes on corporate/commercial law. He also codirects the corporate/commercial subject area on the Master’s Degree in Legal Advisory Services at the same university.
Ramón Trénor is a member of the Valencia Bar Association. He also belongs to the Spanish Association of Executives.
The Garrigues partner is also a regular speaker at seminars and conferences staged by the Firm and an array of specialist centers.
