Pedro Regojo is the partner in charge of the Galicia practice (La Coruña and Vigo offices). In addition to heading these offices, he provides corporate and commercial law advice to public and private companies, leading teams that have taken part in business restructuring processes, buyer due diligence reviews and advised on mergers and acquisitions.
In providing advice to businesses, he works with companies in a wide range of industries, and particularly in the textile, telecommunications, drinks, mining and distribution sectors. He focuses on the problems facing family businesses, actively participating in the development, negotiation and implementation of the family protocol of various family business groups and the preparation of the necessary corporate and commercial instruments to ensure proper corporate governance.
He is the non-director secretary of the board of directors at several companies and business groups.
Member of the Court of Arbitration of the Higher Council of Chambers of Commerce.
