Naiara Bueno is a partner in the Corporate/Commercial Law Department at Garrigues, where she has pursued her professional career since 2001. She specializes in the areas of banking law, debt restructuring (including pre-insolvency advisory services), finance and insurance, private equity, collective investment vehicles, capital and debt instrument issues, as well as comprehensive corporate/commercial advisory services, including advising on corporate governance-related matters and on national and international acquisition deals, structural modifications, and debt and/or business restructuring operations, including advice on matters involving securities markets law.

She has a degree in law from Universidad Pompeu Fabra, specializing in economics (2001) and is an associate lecturer at the faculty of law of ESADE (Universidad Ramon Llull) and at the faculty of law of Universidad Pompeu Fabra in Barcelona, at which she teaches commercial and corporate law.

She has been recognized, among others, by Chambers &amp; Partners and by Legal 500.

Naiara Bueno Aybar has been a partner in the Corporate/Commercial Law department at Garrigues since 2013, where she has spent her entire professional career.

She specializes in particular in the areas of banking, debt restructuring (including pre-insolvency advisory services), finance and insurance, private equity, collective investment vehicles, capital and debt instrument issues, as well as comprehensive corporate/commercial advisory services, including advice on corporate governance-related matters (functioning of and/or dispute resolution in corporate bodies).

Elsewhere, she also practices in the areas of corporate and project finance.

She provides advice on an ongoing basis on the regulatory, financial and corporate aspects of national and international acquisition deals, structural modifications and debt and/or business restructuring operations, including advising on securities markets law, through the provision of legal services to listed companies. Moreover, she has a proven domestic and international track record of advising on takeover bids

She is fluent in Spanish and English.

She is a member of the Garrigues ESG Committee and collaborates with different professionals foundations and associations pertaining to her field.
